Returns and Refunds
How returns work on the Premium Denture Care Kit, and what you are entitled to.

This policy applies to the Premium Denture Care Kit purchased through this website. Dentures and other services made for you personally are not covered here, because those are fitted and adjusted with you in the chair. If something is not right with a denture, get in touch and we will book you in.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about your Denture Care Kit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will sort out the details with you. Return postage for change of mind returns is at your cost.
Faulty or damaged items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your kit arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return postage. Get in touch and we will make it right.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
